Recently, the joint invention patent application titled "Method for Lithium Concentration Recovery from Lithium-rich Liquor in Carbonate Production" by Yunnan Gang Feng New Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Topfine New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Geermu Lianhu New Materials Co., Ltd. has been granted authorization by the Intellectual Property Office.

This invention involves the use of titanium-based lithium compounds subjected to sand milling treatment and spray drying to produce powder. This titanium-based lithium compound powder is then mixed uniformly with PE resin powder, dispersing aids, pore-forming agents, and cross-linking agents. The mixture is pressed into appropriately thick plastic sheets for activation treatment, resulting in the production of titanium-based lithium ion sieve. The manufactured titanium-based lithium ion sieve is immersed in lithium-rich liquor, extracting lithium ions. Subsequently, lithium ions are desorbed through acid dissolution, obtaining a lithium-rich solution and regenerated titanium-based lithium ion sieve. This method features a simple equipment and process, high cycle life, high ion selectivity, no solubility loss, and no pulverization.

As of now, Inter-China Chemical and its subsidiaries have been granted 20 patents, including 18 invention patents.
